Each meal is catered by professional caterers. REGISTRATION FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE DINNER FRIDAY NIGHT, LUNCHES OR PARKING FEES AT LAUNCH SITES ($4-$6 depending on the river).
Once You Have Registered:
You will receive via e-mail (unless regular mail is requested) a liability waiver form, directions, daily schedule and other essential information.
| Rendezvous Policies: |
| 1. | All Paddlers must attend the Saturday morning pre-launch safety briefing. Paddlers MUST adhere to the safety guidelines presented. |
| 2. | Paddlers must wear a properly fitted US Coast Guard approved personal flotation device and whistle at all times on the river. |
| 3. | Paddlers under age 18 are the responsibility of, and must be accompanied by, a parent or guardian. |
| 4. | All paddlers must sign a Medical and Emergency Contact Information sheet and a Waiver of Claims and Release of Liability form. Parents must sign for children under the age of 18. (These forms will be provided during check-in.) |
| 5. | People-powered watercraft only. |
| 6. | All paddlers must respect private property along the river. |
| 7. | All paddlers must have basic paddling and swimming skills. |
| 8. | No more than 2 children under the age of 12 per adult guardian. |
Violations of these policies can result in the paddler being removed from the event without refund.
Refund Policy:
Due to the financial outlay and costs incurred by Team River Runner during event planning, any force majeure, which includes but is not limited to water levels, inclement weather and any other Acts of God not mentioned herein,
shall not result in the refund of any fees paid to Team River Runner. Because this is a fundraising event for Team River, we will not refund fees after January 12, 2011. Please know that your money will be going to Team River Runner
so they can complete their mission of teaching disabled and injured veterans to paddle as a form of therapy.
